Quad operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and a 4MHz bandwidth. This general-purpose JFET-input amplifier offers a 4MHz gain bandwidth product and a 3.5V/µs slew rate. Operating from dual supplies between 2.5V and 8V, or single supply from 5V to 16V, it provides high CMRR of 110dB and PSRR of 115dB. The component is housed in a 1mm high, 4.4mm wide, 5mm long TSSOP package.
