Quad operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and a 4MHz bandwidth. This general-purpose amplifier offers a 3.5V/µs slew rate and a 4MHz gain bandwidth product. Designed with JFET technology, it boasts a low input bias current of 0.2pA and a 10nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 2.5V to a maximum of 8V, or a single supply of 5V to 16V, it provides high performance with a 110dB CMRR and 115dB PSRR. The component is housed in a 4mm x 8.75mm x 1.5mm package with tin, matte contact plating.
