Features differential inputs with a voltage range of 500mV to 1V, and a low integral nonlinearity of 2.5 LSB and differential nonlinearity of 0.7 LSB. Operates from a 1.8V supply with a power consumption of 73mW. Offers SPI, serial, and parallel interfaces, housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin matte plating. Suitable for applications requiring high-speed, high-resolution data conversion.
