Offers selectable sampling rates of 2.5 MHz, 5 MHz, or 10 MHz, with a maximum power dissipation of 762mW. Operates from a 1.7V to 1.9V supply, with a typical power consumption of 600mW. Interface options include Parallel, SPI, and Serial. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 1.5 LSB, and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) is 89dB. Designed for surface mount applications with tin, matte contact plating.
