16-bit, 80Msps pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) featuring a single differential voltage input channel. This general-purpose ADC offers a parallel digital interface and supports both internal and external voltage references. Housed in a 48-pin LFCSP EP package with a 7mm x 7mm footprint and 0.5mm pin pitch, it is designed for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
