
10-bit, 200 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1.8V operating supply voltage. This unipolar ADC offers a high sampling rate of 200 MSPS with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 59.5dB. It boasts excellent linearity with Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 0.5 LSB. The device supports SPI, Serial, Parallel, 4-WIRE, and LVDS interfaces and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in an LFCSP EP with tin matte plating, it has a maximum power dissipation of 344mW.
