It boasts excellent linearity with Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 0.5 LSB. The device supports SPI, Serial, Parallel, 4-wire, and LVDS interfaces, with a differential input type and 2pF input capacitance.
