Dual 16-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with selectable sampling rates up to 80 MSPS. Features differential inputs with a voltage range of 1.35V to 2.7V and an input capacitance of 11pF. Achieves 83dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and ±6 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). Operates from a 1.8V supply with a maximum power dissipation of 537mW. Interface is LVDS, and it is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
