
8-Bit, dual channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) operating at a 125 MSPS conversion rate. Features a parallel interface, differential output, and 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity. This unipolar output DAC offers a 50 dB signal-to-noise ratio and a 35 ns settling time. Housed in a QFP package with tin, matte contact plating, it operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply range with a typical 5V operating voltage. Maximum power dissipation is 450mW, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
