10-bit, 300 MSPS digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a single DAC channel. Features a parallel interface and a settling time of 11ns. Operates with a supply voltage range of 3V to 3.6V and a maximum power dissipation of 165mW. Housed in a QFP package with tin-lead contact plating. Offers an output voltage range from 100mV to 2.5V and an input voltage range from 100mV to 1.25V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
