16-bit, single-channel successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a parallel interface. Features bipolar input polarity, 85dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and a sampling rate of 100 kS/s. Operates with a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V) and offers ±3 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and -2 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL). Encased in a 28-pin PDIP package with tin-lead contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
