Operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply voltage, with a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. Housed in a 10.34mm x 5.38mm x 1.79mm SSOP package with tin-matte contact plating. Supports bipolar and unipolar input polarity, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
