
Dual JFET-input operational amplifier featuring a 1.4MHz gain bandwidth product and 3.3V/µs slew rate. This BIFET technology amplifier offers 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 90dB power supply rejection ratio. Operating from a minimum supply voltage of 5V up to a maximum of 36V, it provides 20mA output current per channel. The component is housed in an LFCSP EP package with gold contact plating and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
