Dual operational amplifier featuring JFET input for low bias current (2pA) and capacitance (4.8pF). This BIFET technology amplifier offers a 1.4MHz bandwidth and 3.3V/µs slew rate. Operating from a wide supply range of 8V to 36V (single) or ±4.5V to ±18V (dual), it provides 90dB CMRR and PSRR. Housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm MSOP package, it operates from -40°C to 125°C with a quiescent current of 165µA per amplifier.
