
Dual operational amplifier featuring JFET input for low bias current (2pA) and input capacitance (4.8pF). This BIFET technology amplifier offers a gain bandwidth product of 1.4MHz, a slew rate of 3.3V/µs, and a settling time of 3.5µs. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 5V to a maximum of 15V, or single supply from 8V to 36V, it provides 20mA output current per channel. Achieving 90dB common mode rejection and power supply rejection ratios, this dual op amp operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
