Single, low noise operational amplifier featuring a 1.05GHz -3dB bandwidth and 410MHz gain bandwidth product. This FastFET™ amplifier offers a high slew rate of 870V/µs and a 2pA input bias current. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.5V and 5V, or single supply from 5V to 10V, it delivers 40mA output current per channel. The LFCSP EP package provides a compact footprint with dimensions of 3.85mm length, 2.95mm width, and 0.85mm height.
