Dual, high-speed operational amplifier featuring a 175MHz -3dB bandwidth and 220V/µs slew rate. This rail-to-rail output amplifier offers ultralow power-down capability with a nominal supply current of 5.6mA. Operating across a 2.7V to 6V supply range, it provides 105dB voltage gain and 85dB CMRR. The LFCSP EP package houses two amplifiers, each capable of 118mA output current.
