Supports dual supply operation from 2.25V to 5.5V or single supply from 4.5V to 11V, drawing 22.1mA operating current. Packaged in a compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.83mm surface-mount package, it operates across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
