
Differential ADC driver featuring 1.4GHz -3dB bandwidth and 1.4GHz gain bandwidth product. This dual-channel, surface-mount integrated circuit offers ultralow distortion with a high Common Mode Rejection Ratio of 77dB and Power Supply Rejection Ratio of 80dB. Operating from a 3V to 5.25V supply, it provides 100mA output current per channel and a slew rate of 6800V/µs. The LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating ensures reliable performance across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
