High-performance narrowband ISM transceiver IC for wireless applications. Features a wide operating frequency range from 80MHz to 950MHz, supporting data rates up to 32.8Kbps. Offers excellent receiver sensitivity of -130dBm and a maximum transmit output power of 13dBm. Operates with a supply voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and consumes minimal current, with an operating supply current of 23.3mA. This surface mount IC is housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, and is RoHS compliant.
