Dual SPST analog switch IC featuring a 10-pin LFCSP EP package for surface mounting. This non-lead-frame SMT component offers two independent single-pole, single-throw (SPST) channels. The compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.73mm package has a 0.5mm pin pitch and a seated plane height of 0.75mm. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it provides a maximum on-resistance between 5 and 10 Ohms.
