Triple SPDT analog switch IC featuring 4.5 Ω on-resistance and a 109MHz -3dB bandwidth. Operates with single, dual, or triple supply voltages from 3.3V to 16V, with a maximum dual supply voltage of 8V. Offers three independent SPDT circuits, each with one input and two outputs, for a total of three inputs and six outputs. Packaged in a 1.05mm high TSSOP with parallel interface, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. RoHS compliant with a maximum supply current of 480uA.
