Precision Quad SPST Switch, a logic IC multiplexer/demultiplexer, offers a 25mΩ drain-to-source resistance and operates with dual supply voltages from ±13.5V to ±16.5V, or single supply from 5V to 16.5V. This LC2MOS device features four independent SPST switches, supporting parallel interface and non-inverting polarity. It is available in an R package with Tin/Lead contact plating, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
