Quad SPST switches offering 435MHz bandwidth and low insertion loss of -6.8dB at 1MHz. Features latch-up proof operation with dual supply voltages ranging from 9V to 22V, and a maximum supply voltage of 40V. This multiplexer IC operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a typical supply current of 80uA. Housed in an LFCSP EP package, it supports parallel interface and is supplied on tape and reel.
