
16-channel CMOS analog multiplexer featuring a latched design. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±10.8V to ±16.5V, or single supply from 10.8V to 16.5V. Offers a maximum output current of 20mA and an on-state resistance of 700 Ohms. This integrated circuit supports parallel interface and has a maximum power dissipation of 470mW. Designed for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
