Features 2 drivers and 2 receivers, operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply range with a typical 3.3V operating voltage. This surface-mount transceiver is housed in a 75-piece TSSOP package with tin/lead contact plating. Maximum supply current is 12mA, with an operating supply current of 2.1mA. The device offers receiver hysteresis of 400mV and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
