It features an active-low reset with a delay time of 48ms and a timeout of 20ms. Operating across a supply voltage range of 1V to 5.5V, it monitors a single voltage with a reset threshold voltage of 2.63V (2.58V minimum, 2.68V maximum). The device consumes a maximum supply current of 15µA and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in SOT-143, it is supplied on tape and reel.
