3V voltage monitoring microprocessor supervisory circuit featuring a single monitored input and a single voltage monitored. This surface mount IC operates from 1V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 350uA. It provides active-low reset with a reset delay time of 280ms and a reset timeout of 160ms. Reset threshold voltage ranges from 2.55V to 2.7V, with an overvoltage threshold at 2.7V and an undervoltage threshold at 2.55V. Includes a watchdog timer and a totem-pole output.
