8-terminal, dual-position CMOS LDO with 1A maximum output current and 5V nominal output voltage. Features ultralow noise, high PSRR, and fast transient response, operating from a 5.5V to 6.5V input range. Provides a fixed output voltage with a maximum tolerance of 1.5%. Housed in an S-PDSO-N8 package, this single-function regulator offers line regulation of 0.005% and load regulation of 0.02%, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
