CMOS LDO voltage regulator offering 2A output current and 1.8V fixed output voltage. Features ultralow noise, high PSRR, and fast transient response. Operates with an input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V, with an absolute maximum of 7V. Housed in an 8-terminal S-PDSO-N8 package, this single-output device provides a voltage tolerance of 1.5% and excellent line and load regulation. Designed for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
