Monitors a single voltage with a threshold voltage of 1.3V, offering active high/low reset with a 70ms reset delay and 35ms reset timeout. Operates from 3V to 5.5V with a low supply current of 200uA and maximum power dissipation of 600mW. Packaged in PDIP for through-hole mounting, this RoHS compliant component is designed for reduced power consumption.
