Designed for surface mounting in a SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating. Supports an operating supply voltage of 3.3V, with a range of 3V to 3.6V, and a maximum power dissipation of 94mW. Suitable for applications requiring robust signal integrity within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
