Ultralow noise, 200 mA CMOS linear regulator with a fixed 1.2V output voltage. Features 1% accuracy, 70dB PSRR, and a maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Operates from 2.2V to 5.5V input with a quiescent current of 10µA and a maximum supply current of 350µA. Packaged in BGA with copper, tin, and silver contact plating, this positive polarity regulator is supplied on tape and reel.
