150mA CMOS linear voltage regulator with ultralow quiescent current of 1.25µA. Features a fixed 1.2V output, 195mV dropout voltage, and 2% accuracy. Operates from a 2.2V to 5.5V input voltage range with a maximum supply current of 42µA. Designed for surface mount applications with copper, tin, and silver contact plating, and packaged on tape and reel. This positive polarity regulator offers a 72dB PSRR and a minimum current limit of 220mA, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
