Operates from a 2.2V to 5.5V input voltage range, with a maximum output current of 150mA. This positive polarity, single-output regulator is surface mountable and offers a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 72dB. Designed for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
