150 mA CMOS linear voltage regulator with ultralow quiescent current. Features a fixed 3V output voltage with 2% accuracy and a low dropout voltage of 120mV. Operates from a 2.2V to 5.5V input voltage range, delivering up to 150mA output current. Housed in a compact TSOT package for surface mounting, this regulator offers a typical supply current of 42µA and a quiescent current of 1.25µA. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
