Features 1% accuracy, a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, and a minimum current limit of 380mA. Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with a quiescent current of 70µA and a supply current of 420µA. This single-output positive regulator is available in a TSOT package, supplied on tape and reel.
