500 mA Low-Dropout CMOS Linear Regulator with Soft Start. Features a fixed 1.8V output voltage with 2% accuracy and a 250mV dropout voltage. Operates with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V and provides up to 500mA output current. Housed in a compact MSOP package, this positive regulator offers a 67dB PSRR and a maximum supply current of 650µA. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
