Features a 2.75V to 20V input voltage range and a 600mV to 18V output voltage range, supporting up to 25A output current. Operates with a nominal supply current of 4.2mA and an operating supply current of 100µA. Offers a maximum duty cycle of 90% and a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. Packaged in LFCSP EP for surface mounting, this RoHS compliant component includes clock synchronization and synchronous rectification.
