Operates with input voltages from 2.75V to 14.5V, delivering adjustable output voltages from 600mV to 13V. Supports a maximum output current of 20A per channel with a 90% maximum duty cycle. Clock synchronization capability is included. Packaged in LFCSP EP for surface mounting, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
