Dual output synchronous buck PWM controller featuring two output phases and two positive outputs. Operates with input voltages from 2.75V to 14.5V, delivering adjustable output voltages from 600mV to 13V. Supports a maximum output current of 20A per channel with a 90% maximum duty cycle. Clock synchronization capability is included. Packaged in LFCSP EP for surface mounting, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
