This single-phase, positive output DC/DC controller supports a wide input voltage range from 2.75V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply voltage of 20V. It delivers up to 25A output current with a minimum output voltage of 800mV and a maximum of 4.67V. The device operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is housed in an MSOP package for surface mounting.
