High-efficiency, 600 mA step-down DC-to-DC converter with a fixed 3.3V output. Features a 3 MHz switching frequency and 2% accuracy, operating from a 2.3V to 5.5V input range. Delivers up to 600mA output current with 95% efficiency. Compact TSOT package for surface mounting, measuring 2.9mm x 1.6mm x 0.9mm. Low quiescent current of 18µA and operating supply current of 30µA. RoHS compliant and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
