Operates with 200µA nominal supply current and offers a 2A maximum output current. Packaged in a 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.08mm LFCSP EP with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. RoHS compliant and operates across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
