Features a 5.5mA maximum supply current and 70µA quiescent current, operating from 2.6V to 12V input. This positive output regulator is housed in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.85mm MSOP package with tin, matte contact plating. Designed for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it offers 60dB PSRR and is supplied on tape and reel.
