High accuracy, ultralow quiescent current linear voltage regulator (LDO) delivering 500mA output current with a fixed 3.3V output. Features 0.9% accuracy, 200mV dropout voltage, and a wide input voltage range from 2.6V to 12V. Operates with a low 80µA quiescent current and 10mA maximum supply current. This positive polarity LDO supports a single output and is available in tape and reel packaging with tin, matte contact plating. Designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C, it offers 88dB PSRR and is RoHS compliant.
