
Low noise XFET® voltage reference IC, featuring a 4.096V output with 0.12% tolerance. This series voltage reference operates with a minimum input voltage of 6.1V and a maximum of 20V, providing a stable output current of up to 30mA. It offers both current sink and source capability, with a quiescent current of 800µA. Packaged in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm surface-mount case, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
