3rd Generation 32-Bit Floating-Point SHARC DSP, featuring a SHARC core architecture and 32-bit data bus width. Operates at a maximum frequency of 150MHz with a 200MHz core architecture. Includes 512KB PROM memory and 256KB RAM. Offers SPI and DAI interfaces, 16 I/Os, 3 timers/counters, and 16 UART channels. Packaged in a BGA, surface mount configuration with dimensions of 12mm x 12mm x 1.21mm. Operates within a supply voltage range of 1.14V to 3.47V and an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
