
Precision Analog Microcontroller featuring an ARM7TDMI core, operating at up to 41.78MHz. This MCU integrates a 12-bit ADC with a 1MS/s sampling rate and a DDS DAC, alongside 126KB of FLASH memory and 8KB of RAM. It offers extensive connectivity with I2C (2 channels), SPI (1 channel), UART (2 channels), and USART interfaces, plus 28 I/Os and 40 programmable I/O pins. Designed for surface mounting in an LFCSP EP package, it operates from a 3V to 3.6V supply and supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
