
Precision analog microcontroller featuring an 8052 core architecture operating at up to 16.78MHz. This 8-bit data bus MCU includes 8KB of FLASH memory and 256 bytes of RAM. Integrated analog peripherals consist of a 6-channel, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 247 kS/s sampling rate and dual 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs). Connectivity is provided via I2C, SPI, and UART interfaces. Packaged in a TSSOP for surface mounting, this component operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage.
