
This 8-bit microcontroller features an 8052 core architecture operating at up to 16.78MHz, offering 1.3 MIPS performance. It integrates 8kB of FLASH memory and 256B of RAM, alongside a 6-channel, 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 247 kS/s sampling rate and dual 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs). Connectivity is provided via I2C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces, with 17 total I/Os including 11 programmable. This surface-mount device, housed in a TSSOP package, operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and supports a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
